If you have a specific task you need to include, then you can edit it via the Word tab. It is very easy to do and requires no technical skills. You can then either save it and email it, or print it out.
If you’re in the middle of a job and something changes, you can always make the changes on a hard copy in pen too, by dating and initialising it.
Yes! Legislation says that you must manage not only your safety, but everyone who may be affected by your work. If you don’t, the repercussions can be very serious. Having a safety manual shows that you are doing your part by following the law, which in turn can reduce your exposure to fines, or civil litigation.
Other reasons you might need a safety manual include:
- Being asked by a safety inspector
- To hire workers or apprentices from labour hire companies
- To apply for insurance and local government contracts
- To apply for tenders or other contracts
Absolutely. You can add your logo to the online and word versions of our documents.
No you don’t! You simply login and navigate to the document you require, upload your logo and fill in your details. Your document will then be created with your details and you can download and save it to your phone or laptop. You can print it or email it too.
