These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 9th February 2024.
Here's How It Works
There are a few rules about our Affiliate Program you should know about. No “gotchas” here, just some terms to keep everyone happy.
- Payouts are made on the first day of each month, at least 30 days after the referred customer purchased their product. So if your referred customer purchases on 15th January, you’d be paid on 1st March.
- Cookies will remain active for a period of 90 days
- Payouts can be made via Direct Deposit or PayPal only
- Spamming people is not allowed
- Self-referrals are not allowed. The point is to get you to refer other people, not a way to get a discount on your own account
- Abuse will result in having your account banned
- Please don’t use your affiliate link in any search engine ads, Facebook ads, or anything similar that would compete with Safe-R Outcomes’s marketing and cause confusion for potential customers
- In some cases, we can give credit to a referral partner even if the customer didn’t sign up through their link (for example, if they didn’t sign up through their link by mistake). If you have a case like that, contact us and we’ll do our best to help
- We reserve the right to reject any affiliate application
Furthermore, you are specifically restricted from all of the following:
- Using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to this website, or to Pawsome Branding as a business entity
- Using this website in any way that impacts user access to this website
- Using this website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the website, or to any person or business entity
Failure to comply with the above will result in cancellation of your affiliate membership and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

Cancellation
You can cancel your affiliate program membership at any time by emailing us at support@saferoutcomes.com.au
Any unpaid commissions and future referrals will be forfeited.
Creatives
You may send us your creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘creatives’) for validation and approval. You agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any creatives that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any creatives in confidence, or to pay compensation for any creatives.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously using our website, you agree to be bound to and follow these terms and conditions.
